Nice alternative to meat lasagna.
Meal Time: Lunch & Dinner Prep. Time: 15 minutes Servings: 8
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
2 8 oz. cans of crab
1 pint large curd cottage cheese
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 large onion, chopped
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. basil
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together except noodles. Layer the sauce and uncooked lasagna noodles alternately in a large pan (9x13). Cook for one hour at 350. Sprinkle cheese on the top when done.
