Tampons.
Pads are disgusting. Who would want that putrid blood rubbing up against them like that?

No acne, no bloating, no cramps, light flow...of course it's a piece of cake, you have to take artificial hormones to keep all those things at bay. But for people who don't take anything and the natural process takes it's course on the female body every month, it DOES suck. I'm sure a lot of women who are on the Pill now remember that feeling. But I refuse to get on the Pill for the next 14 or 15 years in order not to get PMS.
Yeah, men are lucky in some respects...lol

I'm on the pill too, but while it reduces my symptoms I still have them pretty bad Horrible cramps and I still bleed like a stuck pig

I'd rather have it rubbing up against me than rubbing up inside me. If we're going to go with which is more sanitary, I think pads would win considering that tampons can cause toxic shock syndrome. Plus, pads nowadays are pretty thin and very absorbent.

OB tampons-I hate applicators, they're uncomfortable to use.

Huh? I'm on the pill but I do get at least one zit, plenty of cramps and plenty of bloating and some pain but not the kind of pain I had before going on the pill. As for my flow, Huge as usual. I laugh at tampons. I could never ever use them. I use two pads the first couple of days, esp. at night.
As long as we're healthy, whatever works, girls.

I've got a Diva Cup, which I use in stead of tampons. Other than that pads.

I use pads only. I've always found tampons to be uncomfortable, especially when removing them.

tampax regular or slim fit tampons are always the best bet (for me atleast) clean, effective, period. No pun intended. I would never use a pad, they're so uncomfortable and make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper.
I am so lucky since mine only lasts like 4 days (sometimes 3) and is light, and I never get cramps/bloating/any PMS. It's truly a gift from god lol .....btw does anyone know if having a very short period abnormal? I'm a runner and on the track team so that might contribute to it.
