She 'helpfully' suggested I try some Estee Lauder products (same company) at the next counter. I'd boycott the lot of them but I LOVES my Mac (also same company).

I use Aveeno body cream. It is a blessing and prevents me from going crazy... I have eczema and this is the only cream that will stop the itching.

Moisturizer on the face everyday.
And I, too, don't go anywhere without some mascara and lip balm. I'm using a couple products I picked up at Sephora:
Mascara:
Lip Balm:
I'm not crazy about the mascara, but it does its job well and comes off easily at the end of the day.

It removes waterproof the best. That's why I started using it. I used waterproof mascara a lot (because of the shitty weather on the east coast). It doesn't bother my eyes at all Just keep 'em closed and swipe the pad with oil over the lid. Viola!

It's kinda messy, which is why I've wondered about other removers, but it's very effective and mild. Never had my eyes react.

I use Vaseline when I'm traveling, because it's less messy in my luggage. The baby oil has been known to leak

I am a lipgloss junkie...Beauty Rush is my favorite brand of the moment. It's not sticky, tastes wonderful and gives off great shine.
Matrix Amplify...works great with my hair. I own the entire line. AND it smells fantastic.
My favorite perfume. I know it's pretty common, but I just love Heavenly.
Best.Mascara.EVER! It lengthens, doesn't clump and doesn't bother my eyes.
LOVE Burt's Bees...all of it.
Add in my homemade soaps and I'll call it good.

For foundations, I love the Prescriptives Range, particularly Virtually Fresh. My favourite mascara is Inimitable by Chanel, the brush is amazing. Kevyn Aucoin's brow pencil is very very good. For everything else it's Nars, Nars, Nars... and Stila lipgloss.
For all body care, either L'Occitane, the Verbena range, or Crabtree and Evelyn's La Source.
My obsession with beauty products grows daily...

For me its:
Redwin sorbelene cleanser & moisturiser for sensitive skin. Cheap but leaves my skin so soft without any irritation.
Almay Mineral Powder Foundation. Love the container/brush idea that you can just throw into yr bag.
Estee Lauder Mascara & my eyelash curler (would be lost with it)
L'oreal 6 Hour Glam Shine lip gloss in "Everlasting Beige" & I do also like Revlon's Line and Shine in Nude.
I have also used Covergirl's liquid concealer for years if I have any breakouts that need to be covered.
For hair: Pantene Products

My eye doctor years ago recommended baby shampoo for my eyes.
I love it-I buy the trial size. Dab some on the palm & add a bit of warm water to make a sudzy batch-then use on both eyes-lids ,lashes and scrubby some on eye brows. Just let it sit for a moment, the spash on water & rinse. Takes off all make up residue and eye moisturizer gets a chance to work. This is a cheapy and wonderful make up helper. My eyelashes get no build up & are very thick. I do this at night, before bed.

Some of the products that I love are: cocoa butter (or cocoa butter body oil gel), eye shadow, black cream eye liner, mascara, lip gloss and vibrant or dark nail polish.
