Ohhhhhhh thanks! I'm not sure it's available here but I'll go on a hunt. A perfume dept bitch doused me in the latest Balmain shit the other day and I can still smell it. Pure Granny. Fuck off OK?

    ^^^^
you can't buy it in department stores, only chanel boutiques or through the chanel website in the US.

checked the australian website and you can't buy it online but it said this: "Available exclusively in the CHANEL Fragance and Beauty Boutiques in Westfield Bondi Junction and Chadstone, and in the Fashion Boutiques" so you should be able to find it.

report back once you do. and give it time to grow on you. it's not a flashy scent but a subtle, complex one. good for a virgo

I am not a big fan of perfumes, but I do like the idea of a subtle, light scent. I have gagged and choked in restrooms where women have saturated the air with hairspray. Ugh! That said, I did get some samples of this D&G light blue and hope I like it. I trust you guys.

It's very light and fresh and a good place to start.

OK, I forced myself to go to Chaddy and tried Bel Respiro. I see what you mean about it growing on you. The only problem is that after an hour it had almost completely disappeared but perhaps that's better than some crap you can smell for DAYS afterwards. I'll give it a go but remember to take it with me for top ups.

I had a blast from perfume past at a gig last week when someone was wearing that fuckawful Anais Anais shite. I had to move and could still taste it for ten minutes afterwards. I didn't know they still made it.

Ugh. My "pretend you're my cousin" bf used to buy me that Anais stuff. He liked it and I was stupid so I wore it even though it used to make me gag. Bad memories all round.

You must have liked him a helluva lot to wear it! It's definitely my least favourite perfume ever and the smell of it is nauseating, like rancid soap wrapped in mothballs. I was given a perfume/moisturiser/bath stuff gift set of it for Christmas one year and I knew what it was before I even opened it. It took everything I had to smile and say thank you before dropping it in the outside bin as soon as they were gone and I could STILL smell it every time I lifted the lid to put more rubbish in, right up until it was emptied.

i have a friend who nicknamed it 'anus anus'

i wouldn't wear it but i don't find it that offensive. but it could be good old nostalgia since it's also the first perfume i was ever given. i must have been 4 or 5 and my grandma gave me a little bottle of it. i used to think it was so pretty with the flowers...

It's very floral and powdery/soapy which I find very sickly.
