Has anyone here experiences with La Mer?

I've been using it for about three years and love it. I've used The Eye Balm as well. I mentioned this in previous posts, but it really is a good buy. You buy the one ounce jar and it lasts you a whole year. My dry skin can "tell" when I don't use it too.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews of it. Some people swear by it, though. It's mostly like.... vaseline and seaweed, or something. Nothing special.

I was given a jar of Creme de la Mer, it was nothing special- a standard moisturizer .

I have normal to dry skin depending on the season, I get better results with a drugstore moisturizer. Would rather spend the money on clothes and shoes!
