Lush Ultra Bland ($10.95 for 60 ml) contains mostly peanut oil, fragrance, thickener, borax, and preservatives. Borax has fungicide, preservative, insecticide, herbicide, and disinfectant properties. It also can act as a bleach by converting some of its water molecules to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), but that generates free-radical damage, which isn't good for skin. The pH of borax is about 9.5, making it a skin irritant. None of this product is particularly bland.
