That means it cannot be relied on to provide sufficient sun protection. Moreover, it includes St. John's Wort, which contains several substances that are toxic to skin in the presence of sunlight (Sources: Planta Medica, February 2002, pages 171-173; and Photochemistry and Photobiology, November/December 2004, pages 583-586).
It also contains fragrant oils of sandalwood and lavender, with lavender being particularly problematic to the health of skin cells (Source: Cell Proliferation, June 2004, pages 221-229). This product is not recommended.
