My friend had terrible excema on her hands. It was so bad she couldn't work. Nothing the doctors gave her helped, until a vet friend of ours gave her some sort of topical cream made for animals. I don't know what it was, it's been a while and I'll have to call and ask her about it, but that stuff cured her. I know she had a couple of mild outbreaks after the initial use, but she just smears a little on and it goes away.
