Clinique Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector
Just ordered it because I have pores you can drink out of. Any experience? I actually heard about it on this site and put it on my birthday wish-list, which my family and friends are picking and choosing from. My friend's getting it for me in two days and I'm wondering if I should stop her or something.

It's amazing. It's not a treatment, just a cosmetic product, but it does exactly what it promises. It kind of smoothes over/spackles in the pores so they're completely invisible, yet it's the lightest, most translucent thing ever. It quickly takes on a powder-smooth finish, very matte. You can use it on its own, or as a primer under foundation and your skin will look like porcelain.
Yeah, I love the stuff.

Does it break you out? Or is there a risk of that?

Good question, SVZ. My skin is very sensitive, so I wondered the same thing.

Bought some yesterday on the strength of this thread and reading reviews off other websites.
It's good! I have biggish pores on my nose and after putting this stuff on they've all but gone, I'm looking in my magnifying mirror right now admiring my skin. I don't seem to have any problems with rashes etc, but then I've only been wearing it for a day.
So far then, I'd give it a big big thumbs up.

I've never had any problems with breakouts because of it. I don't think I've ever really "broken out" in my large-pore areas anyway - nose and inner cheeks. As I said, though, this stuff doesn't do anything to fix the problem, it's just an amazing, invisible primer/concealer.
Now, Biore's Pore Minimizing Exfoliator (something like that, anyway) is an amazing product for clearing pores and helping them stay that way. I learned about it on this forum somewhere. When I use it, it's as if I've used a pore strip followed by extraction, but it's just a cleansing product I use in the shower. It's bloody amazing!
(Can you tell I have issues with my pores? heh heh)

I have pore issues too, Tati. I've done extensive research because of them LOL. Nothing can minimize pores permanently, unfortunately. I use Renova on my nose because it makes the pores swell slightly and they do look smaller. I also use Joey Pore minimizer which sounds like it's similar to Clinique being pore spackle. They have a product that's actually called "Spackle" that I'm interested in trying.

I use this stuff. It's great! I don't wear it everyday, but it lasts a long time. I use it on my forehead, cuz that's where my pores are large. It's exactly as Tati described. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything.

Thanks. I'll have to try this out. This is one of the things I hate about my skin.

I want to try it. On the website they show a few different pore minimizer products:
Pore minimizer T-zone Shine Control
Pore minimizer Instant Perfector
Pore minimizing perfecting lotion
Which one is the best? I want one to use alone or as a primer for my foundation.

The one I have is the instant perfector. It comes in a little pink tube. I use it alone or under foundation.

I have a tube of this & it works great! I only apply it to the sides of my nose & on the apples of my cheeks when I use it. No point in wasting it by using it on areas of my face that don't need it.
