Default Maybelline Dream Mousse Shadow Product Review

Dream Mousse Shadow ($5.99) continues Maybelline's mousse makeup theme with eyeshadows (they also sell foundation and blush with this texture). Each shade of this soft-touch mousse is infused with shine, though if it's applied sheerly it can appear rather subtle. The formula applies well, with enough slip to blend where you want it but not so much that it travels where you don't want it. It also wears well, without flaking or creasing. Although you can achieve the same effect from a standard, powder-based eyeshadow, this is a novel approach that, with practice, is almost as easy to use. Unless you're going for a pre-teen look, avoid the pastel blue and green shades, and use caution with the pinks and lavenders.

I tried the Dream Mousse blush, and at first I loved it. After a while it started to just get gross and clumpy. It also did not stay on long at all. I haven't tried the eyeshadow yet.

I tried the blush and I pretty much hate it.

I have those shadows in few shades... and i think the best is 20-suede sensation (it is brown) I use it whenever i dont have as much time to do my make-up.. just a little on my finger, smudge it on my eyelids, some mascara..and I'm good to go.. However, it is annoying if u have longer nails, you cant actually put your finger in there cause it'll go under your nails (and look gross, do i even have to say...) and i didn't figure any other way to get it out.. q-tips maybe??
