Default Shiseido Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Day/Night Emulsion

I posted elsewhere that I'm a recent convert to Shiseido products after my dermatologist suggested that Japanese products might help my hormone ravaged skin. Well, they work! This emulsion is a delight to use, very light (almost a liquid) that is instantly absorbed leaving a matte finish ready for..... Shiseido BB cream! Highly recommended.

I love Shiseido! Everything I have tried. I cannot find any foundation from them, they don't have my pale cream color.

I've used various shiseido products over the years, including this one, and they've all been fantastic. If I could afford them I would use everything they make. I had a great compact foundation of theirs that was perfect for my skin type and tone but it's way out of my price range now.

Anyone tried the Shiseido foundation brush? I love stumpy Japanese brushes.

^ I have it, and like it.

takes a bit of getting used to, as it was different than the foundation brush i had been using before, but it makes the makeup flawless yet invisible.

Does it have SPF? Either the emulsion or the BB cream or both?

I'm ignorant of these things. What's an emulsion as opposed to a cream? Why use both?

They are all moisturisers, just different textures. I've never liked gloopy thick cream as it leaves a greasy sheen and my skin is oily enough already. I prefer the lighter lotions/emulsions or whatever marketing-speak they use. I especially like this Shiseido one but it may be too light for dry skin. I curse my oily middle aged teenager complexion sometimes but the upside is that I don't have wrinkles either!

Okay, tysm. It's on sale now so I might try it though my skin isn't oily. It is sensitive, though.

Another very light one is Clinique's iconic Visible Difference Daily Moisturiser. Cheaper too.

Another Sisheido whore here. I've become so hooked on all of their stuff, I may have to start turning tricks soon to afford my new habbit.

Count me in on the Shiseido love. I bought their concealer a few months ago and love it like no other I've ever tried.
