Default Lush Bath and Body Products

So, just got back from Orlando and they have a Lush store in their airport! I was so psyched. They're not big in the states but my dad brought me some of their stuff once when he went to Canada on business. I saw they have a makeup line too - Bnever?

Love the stuff! Do any of you use their products?

I've never tried these. Do they have them outside of Florida?

Only place I've ever seen them is online. I think they started in England or Canada, I forget. This was the first place in Florida that I saw them. That's why I went bonkers and spent a small fortune. Got a free gift though.

They have a location in San Fransico, you can also recieve a newsletter from which you can order from also. From bath salts, face mud, balms, blocks of soap with diffent yummy smells. I do a little dance cause I luv it when I get my newsletter!

I can't cope with the smell in Lush shops - the air is so thick with scent as you walk through the door I can't breathe! I used to buy some bath stuff mail order though, that was OK.

Yeah me too; York has one and you can smell it blocks away. It aggravates my asthma even walking past it!

^^Ditto. I literally gag, and then I sneeze for hours. I much prefer Escents products.

There was even a lawsuit here in Vancouver as businesses surrounding a Lush store complained they were losing customers because so many complained about the stench. One of them was a bakery so you could imagine how much they loved Lush.

I don't think they're products are anything special, either.

They smell very nice, but the scent is so strong that the combined effect of all the products in a Lush shop is simply nauseating.

They're not that "natural" unfortunately. If you look at the site the ingredients are no different than commercials ones. But they are hand made...and the scents are no better than commercial ones as well (it's a mix of synethics and actual plant oils)

Buy the experience, not because they're "better". You can google around and get alot of recipes on how to make your own scrub bars, etc.

I think they're a bit overwhelming even on their own. But I like very subtle scents for the most part. Whenever anybody gives me Lush stuff, I give it to my mother. She loves it.
