This is embarassing , but for shampoo I use Head & Shoulders (I have dark hair, so flaking is unacceptable) and use Pantene conditioners.

I love Burt's Bees Baby Shampoo Bar. Works great and I don't need a conditioner afterwards.

Ok, thanks. I like Pantene generally They leave hair silky and smooth (gawd--I sound like a commercial).

I use Pantene, V05, anything I can get in a regular shop and mix it up with salon shampoo's and conditioners. I think the key is to use a different kind every day so you don't get buildup. It seems to work for me and my hair gets compliments.

that is true, you should mix it up. you should still use a "clarifying" shampoo once every two weeks. basically the clarifying shampoo will strip you hair of oil and product build-up, so that when you go to use your more moisturizing (or volumizing, or whatever) stuff, it will repenetrate. cuz after you get enough product build-up, your hair won't be able to soak in much more moisture/product, and it will be begin to look dull ie, "the shampoo doesn't work anymore". if you have oily hair, then you probably already use a clarifying shampoo everyday.

I've been using Pantene's Blonde Expression(s?) line. I like it quite a bit. I also picked up some of L'oreal's Nature's Therapy line and I LOVE it!
