    Default Lip Tip From Pip

If you want to make your lips appear to be fuller in a natural looking way, without resorting to injections, you will need one (1) lip balm stick, one skin-toned lipliner, lipstick of your choice and gloss, if you want to use it.

    1. Smear lips fully with lip balm.
    2. Outline the bottom/lower lip with skin-toned lip liner to where you want your lips to go. Never used a a dark lip-liner. Look at Pete Burns for an example of how bad this looks. You must ensure that the shade of the lip liner matches the skin tone over/under your natural lips.
    3. Once you have the shape that you like, gently apply tube lipstick to your lips, including the liplines that you have drawn. Buff with tissue.
    4. Apply gloss.

Don't get me wrong -- I like Pete Burns and his spinning song from the 80s.

I don't even want to touch upon the eye makeup...

A teacher's assistant drew outside her lipline...it looked really, really weird...but she used a shade that didnt match her lipstick.
