Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
Wouldn't know the first things about driving a "wheat thresher." No physical labor for this cowpoke. Nope, big corporate business all the way...
Heck, if I was driving me a wheat thresher I'd be votin' NDP, sir.

Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
Oh well, Grim...gotta run and work out whatever you think I have left of my ass .
Thanks for your insights. I'll have to go see if I can pick me up a wheat thresher real cheap. Never know when one might come in handy living out here in...what was it you called it in our PM...Bumfuck, Nowhere. Right. Have to remember to get my address labels changed to reflect that.
Duh, all along I thought I lived in a real honest to god city with stores, people, and such. But, you know, us cowpokes aren't real smart sometimes. Just think, maybe one day we'll have a Prime Minister sit in office...no wait...was that a dream...must be, PM Grimmlok would never allow that to happen.
Anyway, have a good day, big guy. Google's calling you....

Don't crack the doorframe as you squeeze through it on the way out!

Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
Tsk, tsk...once again a stereotype. At 112lbs I hardly think I'll be cracking any doorways, silly boy. Us cowpoke tend to stay in pretty good shape tendin' to all the wheat threshin' that gots to be done here in BumFuck, Nowhere, ya know.

Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
Sitting on your ass all day in a thresher isn't exactly aerobic, and with all those Alberta beef steaks and whole milk.... cardiac city.

Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
Dracko, I'm not sure exactly what the cause was of your complaint thread in the Feedback forum. You don't seem shy about sharing your opinion now. Is it just because you have some sort of victory on hand to justify your position?
Either way, I honestly welcome your voice here. You and Grimm both seem able to dish it out and take it, and the politics forum is far more vibrant now. So, death to Harper, rock on NDP, and long live Dracko and Grimmlok! I'll be very curious to see what the term brings - I can only hope the tight minority keeps Harper on a short leash.

Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
Nope, just know what I am dealing with now.
I leave my intelligence outside the Political Forum and I fit right in!
Thanks, Tati...I'm happy for the NDP, too. They did extremely well in this election. I liked Layton's speech as well.

If your PM's are any evidence of your intelligence, then I would say it's pretty much a plateau in here or out there.

Re: Stephen Harper deserves to become Canadian Prime Minister
I'm sorry, the politics section doesn't have a catch-up course you can take.. we tend to move swiftly around here.
However, you get a gold star for effort despite the challenges genetics has seen fit to bestow upon you.
*plants the shiny gold star on the front of your padded helmet*
There you gooo...
