Just to really fuck with your Canadian minds, the so-called Liberal party in Australia, led by our illustrious leader John Howard, is actually the right wing conservative party which rules both the lower House of Representatives AND the Senate so they can do pretty much what they like. The leftist pinko commie unionist bastards are the ALP (Australian Labor Party) and there are a couple of other parties nobody cares about - ummmmmmm Nationals, Democrats oh and the whale-hugging Greens of course.

So, who won the Canadian election? It's not headline news here (no offence)
