Yeah, most of these bodies took hours to dig up so they would be brought out while in rigor mortis state and since many of them could've been sleeping/sitting it's pretty logical that their hands/elbows would be bent until secondary flaccidity sets in. I remember after the Qana bombing on the news most of them were bent like that when they dug them up , some were even clutching blankets and such (not trying to create a sob story but that's what they looked like)
