Perhaps a little work on her nose. I know she was teased as a child because she had a very wide 'black' nose, so that wouldn't surprise me, but not the *masses* of surgery people claim. Her face is slimmer now and so her features are more pronounced!

I don't see the difference. She just looks like a young girl in the first pic, a mature woman in the next. The nose doesn't look unnaturally different to me. Any PS she had done below the neck isn't obvious to me in those pix, either.

Well, the gap in her front teeth was fixed,
but going from 13 to 20 will bring about changes anyway.

After seeing Victoria Beckham's Plastic Surgery Timeline now I would say that a nose job is pretty obvious too.
