That's a gortex graft, not fillers. It's basically a shoelace sized strip of gortex that the insert in the corner of the mouth thread it through the length of the upper lip and exit at the other corner. It never looks good.

Yeah, I don't know why they don't realize that having a bigger upper lip is almost always a giveaway. They would look so much better if they'd just have a little filler put in the sides to even out the lips without making them look freakish. That's what I've had done and it looks normal.

That sounds horrifying! Gortex is the same material they use to make waterproof jackets...
