Don't they have computer programs that allow you to see just how things will turn out and decide what kind to get? I'd love to tweak my nose but probably never would, it's not that bad and the cost and effort is too much. I think it would be fun to look at something like that though. I think high-end hair salons have the same type of program so you can try on different styles.
Mira, I know some surgeons do have computer imaging. It could also be done in photoshop. I think there was a thread here when someone was asking for a member to shop her nose.
