Sophia Loren is naturally very beautiful but has had at least two facelifts and eye work.

Warren Beatty had very bad skin according to Joan Collins (who should know.) He also looks as if he has hair plugs and other work.

Angelina Jolie has had a nose job.

Pierce Brosnan - has he had any work done? He looks good!

Warren Beatty was barely out of his teens when he first met Joan Collins and still had acne. Yes, he had an immature, bad skin. The hair plug story is myth. The rumor got started by an actor who'd lost a part to Beatty, that had already been promised to him.
In his old age, Warren - again - has bad skin, as it wrinkled and aged quite quickly for somebody who hardly drank or smoked during his lifetime.

Hilary's had work done on a lot more than her teeth. Her entire face has changed, and it's not just because of her cocaine related weight loss.
