I don't know, I saw Kim Basinger in a movie on tv released before 9 1/2 weeks (I think cos she looked similar--same hair style and makeup--it was set in an office) and she was FLAT AS A BOARD, so I suspect boob job on her.

And in my In Touch magazine over 1 yr ago, showed older pics of Ellen with heavily droopy eyelids that are not there anymore/as much nowadays.

I dont know about this but botox is not really plastic surgery if you know what i mean, she didnt reshape her nose, lips, breasts, etc botox is used to wipe off the wrinkles from the face to look young. It doesnt change the features, well sometimes it causes the face to freeze, but its main purpose is to remain young.

Kim Basinger has definitely had her breasts done, just check out her playboy spread in the early 80's(?) and they were smallish and droopy. Julia Roberts supposedly got something permanent done to her lips, no injections to plump them, actual surgery. And I personally think Charlize has had a tiny nose tweak, it looks a little done to me.

Sandra Bullock most definitely had plastic surgery. Look at her early movies..can't think of the name of a movie specifically but she was a troll. Definitely had her nose done..for sure.

Sean Connery, bless his heart. He has allowed himself to age naturally and he looks fantastic...very distinguished. What an incredibly handsome 75 year old man! Thank goodness he didn't touch his face.

Sally Field supposedly has cheek implants, and she got breast implants way back in the late 70's. I don't know if she still has them. Other than that, probably nothing.

Tom Cruise had a nose job early in his career.

In the past, Jamie Lee Curtis used botox (as mentioned, it's not really plastic surgery), and had some liposuction. But now she has sworn off all of it forever and is allowing herself to age naturally. Good for her!

That depends on how small a treatment you will count. If you count facial peels and/or botox, you are going to have a hard time finding a celeb that may not have at one time or another indulged.

I wouldn't count it, because I really don't consider it as cosmetic surgery. It's actually a necessity, since it can cause serious back damage. So, if it's actually something that compromises your health and welfare, I wouldn't consider it aesthetic work, but a regular surgery that needs to be done.

Surely you must be kidding? He looks like a leather bag to me, a well conserved 69 year old to others, but he hasn't had ANYTHING done yet, not even capped his teeth or had his wide ears flattened against his head!
He's always had those eyelids and, contrary to popular gossip, the rumor that he's had hairplugs early in his career is also just that> a rumor that was started by another actor who lost a part to him.
