i'd say lots of tweaking (eye job, brow lift, fillers, lip collagen, etc...) but she hasn't radically altered any of her features. i don't think she's had a boob job either.
i think she's very pretty though she looks best in candids than when she's all done up. tiny but killer body too.

I have read here that some people thinks that she has had so much done - and I'm sorry to tell you but that's a bounch of cr*p.
In the picture below, Kylie is at age 19 (taken on 1988) - has the same shaped nose, same full lips (they look sometime fuller because of clever make-up, but when you see her without lipstick you'll see that they are on the same size as always), same funny arched eyebrow (her eyebrows were just plunked a little, not lifted!!!), same pronounced cheekbones (and notice that she's much thinner today - so her cheekbones AND the rest of her features are more defined - because of the fat loss), same beautiful blue eyes, her breasts were always small (B cup since always - and she uses push-up bras on many occasions), and her ass is natural....for sure, her teeth are EXACTLY the same (big and horsey, lol) - - - the only think that she might have had is botox, and I pretty much doubt it because she has lines and wrinkles and her face is VERY animated - I have seen her in reality and many paparazzi pics. She's the same beautiful woman that she always have been, just older. Make-up can make such a huge difference...and that's the case here.

Yeah she looks like she has a lot of botox now, but i don't see anything else. Just normal fat loss in the face from age.

Dannii has admitted that she is addicted to cosmetic surgery. I have never found Dannii to be very attractive but Kylie certainly still is.

Pretty girl. She has handled her breast cancer with alot of dignity. I could care less if she had surgery.

She wasn't that attractive in her early days; she definetly had breast implants; she was very small busted. They could be linked to her cancer...

And when she talks, her eyebrows do not move like normal eyebrows do. So something is really tight. And I think she's had nose work too.

Danni had breast implants; she admitted to it.

Danni is the woman who completely transformed herself with surgery then went and said she had no friends because she's too pretty; and girls don't want to be friends with her because they're too jealous.

You're totally wrong nothing about Kylie. She DIDN'T have breast implants!!! The woman still has really small chest, almost flat!

(And BTW - implants have NOTHING to do with breast cancer. It's only harder to discover it while having them)

Also - Kylie's nose has ALWAYS had the exact same shape, she hasn't had it done either - and if anything, she has a VERY animated face and her eyebrows (especially her wonky one, lol) are moving all the time.

And....saying that she wasn't that attractive back then? She was always gorgeous....OLD PICS:

Dannii has had breast implants in 1997, though.

Not recently. She has had the nose and boobs done in 1997, before filming a video for her single All I Wanna Do and her face looks exactly the same since then - but she has had botox injections.
