I bet she'd look alright if she toned it down somewhat, she's totally over the top with her dressing and her makeup and hair...if she looked even slightly less than perfect sometime she'd be more likeable and also more accepted I reckon. Yeah - she definitely has breast implants; they are so obvious.

I'm not sure about her nose - she might have had something done...
But then again, I have a "piggy nose" too! And it definitely looked bigger and more rounded when I was a kid. Now, as I've aged, it's become a little more defined, but still rounded.

I personally couldnt be arsed with all that shit day after day. mind you she hasnt much else to do has she-Davids doin his footy, the kids are with the nanny and she has no singing career anymore so it probably fills her day somewhat.
