I would assume that it would be a big adjustment, but at the same time if these women were desperate enough to go on a television show to get a makeover, they'd probably be happy to see the difference.
BUT, then again, I think I saw one of these women on a television show recently (Dr. Phil or possibly Oprah) and they were talking about how "adjusting" to their new face was extremely difficult and the "new attention" they were receiving from the opposite sex was daunting. I found it a bit unusual because, isn't that why they go through the surgery? They
want to be noticed as being "attractive"? So why think that, go through it, then complain?
People are unusual.
