well her face used to sag like Nicky's (and like mine cause i have a skinny face too) and now its very square and her cheeks are raised up right to below her eye sockets. Its pretty obvious in some pics. Also her nose has gotten distinctly worse (thinner) in the past few years.

She's had something done to the jawline. It's completely different now, not just her cheeks but the shape of her jaw is squared off. Major facial reshaping surgery regardless of the nose.

The pics on APS of her boobs in the gold dress were taken like a day apart or something weren't they? I thought I heard that there was no way she could have had a boob job in between the two shots anyway.
