I think you're mistaking the fact that Cindy has said she's gone to a plastic surgeon since her late 20s with Botox specifically.

I don't think Botox was cosmetically available back in the mid-90s:

botox was approved by the FDA before that for ophthalmic use. a lot of docs administered it off-label for treating wrinkles. that's what started the clinical trials that led to the FDA approval for wrinkles in 2002. so it is possible for cindy to have been using botox that early.

yeah a friend of mine in college around 2000 or 2001 got botox in her armpits so she'd stop sweating. stupid spoiled bitch.

I don't think it's better living. It sounds dumb and superficial to me. Plus, a bit wack-o. If you work out, your body needs to perspire to cool off. It seems to me there could be negative consequences to botoxing your armpits so that you don't have to wear deodorant. (and for the record, I don't even wear deodorant - it's such a useless product)
