How does it work? I'd better start saving....

Her body looks better than a lot of 20 year olds I've seen.

Am having it done Friday afternoon, hopefully, but it depends on the damn east coast weather. They might cancel my appointment.
I will report back here and let you know how well it works.

Save up aprox $3,700 for 1,200 pulses. They charge you by pulses.
The NP or PA takes about 2 1/2 hours to zap you wherever you want.
Radiofrequency technology heats the skin's underlayer & collagen in the inner layer, causing an immediate tightening as well as improved tone & texture.
If they allow me, I'll send you the before/after pics. I'm having the areas around my hips & lower abs done. I'm stoked! If the weather holds, up I will be celebrating like a porn star soon heh heh

Ooooh! That's so exciting! I wonder if it's any cheaper in Canada (are you in the US?). Yes, we definitely want before and afters and a full report.
If my ass could look like hers after the procedure, especially coming from where it was, that's worth a LOT of $$$.

You should definitely start your own thread and let us know the whole details. I think this and similar treatments are very promising for cellulite sufferers.

I would like to know also, but I think this isn't a one time thing, usually several treatments.

^It depends on the person. Some people only need one treatment, others more. I've done some research on it and it definately has promising results to tighten the skin on your butt/legs. I'm concerned about the pain factor.
My sister in law did Thermage on her face and she said it was incredibly painful.

Wish I could tell you, but they bumped me. I'm not paying for it, just giving the nurse $200 for her time (2 hrs). Her boss is putting paying patients first, so hoping to have it done in the next month........I'm bummed, but can't complain too much.
Thermage shrinks the fat cells, picture a tennis ball shrinking to the size of a pea. Lasts for 2 yrs. Had a little lipodissovlve and was very uncomfortable for a week.

No, lipodissolve is a series of injections spread out over 6 months.
Body Thermage is one 2 hour treatment that lasts 2 yrs.
Thermage pain factor is uncomfortable.
My friend (the nurse) told me that she does 3 or passes and on the last passes it kinda hurts similar to LHR.
They receive more complaints from Lipodissolve.
Few patients took a mild sedative prior to treatment if they wanted.

Fat cells shrink, but what happens to muscle? I would be concerned about myofascial pain, though I would think it would be controllable.
As for the mechanism, I thought it acted on muscle, and that would be how it tightened the face, rather than thinning it?
Can't wait to hear how it goes for you! Please keep us updated.
