Yeah, I think it's just diet and training and being that she likes to show herself off and in the 05 pic she has a sweatshirt on I would guess that she was covering up some chub as well.

The only way she went from that before pic to the after pic is a new procedure called 'Body Thermage.' It's the hottest new procedure in PS.
Traditional thermage was originally just for the face, but the company did months of testing and came up with Body Thermage. It's amazing, but very expensive. Hope that helps.

If so that's amazing. My ass looks kinda like the before pic, with that nasty cheese. Unusual in that it's mostly a 'female' problem. I know lipo supposedly doesn't work for such surface cellulite, so I want to know what the hell she did to improve so dramatically!

the working out would help but not make that kind of lift and reshaping. I'm not even sure about the lipo. I really think it was more like a butt lift or tuck, sort of like what is done to the muscles and skin of the belly.
