she was only 17ish when on Dawson's creek..I think she looks pretty much the same, just her face has matured and she has lost weight.

I never saw her in Dawson's Creek..... I first saw her in Halloween H20 and I thought she was beautiful- and that was pre-surgery.... even though I still don't think she's had anything done. She has just had a makeover- grown up, matured, and maybe changed her makeup and her eyebrows.

Come on, you lose baby fat earlier than 20's.
I agree with Somerset, she got all that, she looks preety different and it is not only because she lost about thousand pounds...

I've seen pics of her just before she got pregnant where she had a chubby face. Most people don't have baby fat at 24-25. She had some thing done.
If I can find the pics I'll post them.

She was chubbier in the DC days, she has lost some weight. Has nothing to do with "baby fat".

Not necessarily the facial puppy fat - that can hang on into your twenties. Mine did, I had a rounder face with less well-defined features until I was 24-25, I think.
That said, the changes here are pretty drastic. I can't spot much difference in her individual features, but the whole face is very different, somehow. She definitely lost a lot of puppy fat around the cheeks and jowl, she does her eyebrows differently and the hair is much better, but still...
I think it looks like she might have had the same kind of eye lift Jessica Simpson did. Michelle's eyes have opened up in a similar way. Cheekbones might have been there under the puppy fat, noses do get more refined with age and the chin looks similar, if slightly stronger, but the eyes are different.
