I don't know what she has and what she hasn't had done, but she looks a little better now. She has been looking a little tight the past months, but I think that whatever it was, it's letting up a bit. And her appearance hasn't been altered that dramatically.

I think she looks pretty good, even if she has had surgery. She doesn't look strange, she looks good but normal.

Frozen in time: Madonna appears ever-youthful with noticeably plump cheeks as she attends Hard Candy gym opening in Berlin

With her beguiling face and toned body she often seems young than her 55 years.

But Madonna seemed noticeably plump of face when she attended the opening of Hard Candy fitness club in Berlin on Thursday.

The star’s cheeks looked remarkably smooth and full with the singer having applied a highlighter blusher to bring a shimmer to her cheekbones.

That's a nice stretch line from the cheek implants pulling the skin away from her eyes. Christ almighty.

While she's at it, she should get her facial hair removed, that's the least she could do and it only costs so much.

That's something I noticed, the older women get the more facial hair they get--must be hormonal?

I would much rather look at wrinkles in the mirror than this shit.

Seriously. She would have looked so much better if she had left her face alone. She looks like a freak.

Her hair is always so awful looking, dry and scraggly. She's reinvented herself so many times, I think she needs a new look.

It definitely can be a hormonal change, especially after menopause. One would think that with the size of the ego that Madge has, she'd address her hirsutism.

Of course, Madge has always been hairy; I still remember seeing the nude shots of her way back when.
Women with high androgen levels may have excess hair that is thicker and darker than the pale thin hairs you commonly see on your face and arms - See more at: Menopause and hirsutism (excess hair) | Early Menopause

I'm guessing that she has high androgen levels.

That is not hirsutism - talk to someone with polycystic ovarian syndrome. While menopausal changes do increase presence of facial hair, it's usually coarser in texture. What we're seeing here is peach fuzz very close up. We all have it - it's natural. If she got rid of it, she'd look even shinier and more of a freak.
