Your face and especially nose get bloated before you're giving birth. It can take some time to get back to normal but it does. No surgery here.

Yes. I think this happens a lot to hipanics in particular. When my mom was pregnant, her face looked exactly like JLo's does now, and she normally looks nothing like JLo.
JLo's nose was round and wider before (I think she had a nose job to make her nose thinner). I wonder if this pregnancy nose spread ruined her nose job and whether it'll go back to normal or if she'll have to go under the knife again.

I swear I don't think the pic in the op is her! Look at the differnce in the noses! The op one is pug, the one of her in the yellow dress is normal. There is NO EFFING WAY pregnancy changes the structure of your nose.
