I learned about this by watching Dr. 90210 (lol) and I can understand why women have this done. It's not just to make it look pretty. Sometimes women experience urinary incontinence after childbirth and while they're fixing that problem, they go ahead and tighten everything up. After having multiple children (or even one), a woman can get pretty stretched out to the point that sex isn't enjoyable anymore. The whole "vaginas are elastic and go back to what they were" is not always true. That, plus stretched out labia that get chafed from walking all day can be pretty bothersome I imagine. But Jenna hasn't had any children, right? Just a lot of dick. I guess when your pussy's your career, you better keep up the maintenance.

I'll have to disagree, maybe not in the case of Jenna, and maybe not in the case of EVERY woman, but I'd be willing to bet that a large number of woman get these procedures done for themselves, NOT for men, either to increase there own pleasure or self esteem or whatever.
