She's one of the few people I'll say looks a lot better after surgery on her face. She's very pretty now, in my opinion, but she has ridiculously large implants for her frame and it ruins the whole look.

I'm so confused about what she's done to herself aside from implants. Clearly its something but I can't tell what.

On one episode of Girls next door, while they're at a Las Vegas hotel, Holly's icky breast pops out of her halter dress. She just laughs and tucks it back in.

I'm also trying to figure out what she had done, besides the boobs, bleached hair, tanned skin, and heavier eye makeup w/ false lashes. Before, the jaw line and chin seemed wider to me. Now, she has a more petite lower half of her face. So maybe some of her chin and jaw got shaved/sculpted? Eek! I'm now imagining bone being sawed through! Her undereye area seems less apparent as well. It's like her cheeks got squished up closer to her eye sockets. Hope I make sense- I'm not very articulate!
