It looks slightly flatter and less round, so maybe she had some work done.
Or maybe she's really a Hapsburg.

it could be she got her jaw reduced or it could be the angle of the 'after' pic - she's looking down in that whereas the 'before' pic is taken head on.
if she did, good for her, she definitely needed it. i know a girl that had the same operation and while it is pretty serious surgery, it was definitely worthwhile. she's very pretty now and people actually notice her eyes and her smile whereas before it's like everything was eclipsed by the huge jaw.

I don't know if she's had any plastic surgery or not. But plastic surgery would definitely be an excellent investment for her. It would be cruel and unfair for her to look like that and to also be desperately poor.

I don't think she has had work. She could have lost a bit of weight in her face or was just holding her mouth differently, with her jaw jutted out more in the first- bit of a pout going.

The jaw does look less prominent, but can you have a jaw shaved down or altered that much? Is it even possible?
Maybe it is weight loss combined with a different photo angle.
