Her eyes were like that before, so no diff there.. but before this, the botched last surgery made her look like her face was melting off

Well, she just doesn't look like Farrah. She looks like somebody else entirely. I guess the Farrah face died some time ago, after it was all butchered up.

She was never that pretty to begin with IMO. She had sex appeal but that was due to more factors than just her face.
After PS, the eyes always change, they usually look smaller.

I didn't think there was any hope to fix the mangled mess her face had become, but somebody pulled it off.

She still looks pretty rough, but she looks ten times better than she looked a couple of years ago. I'm not loving the Jane Fonda "Klute" hairdo, though.
