The DIY nose job reminds me of an episode of Nip/Tuck.. the guy tried to give himself a nose job because he didn't trust anyone (I think) and failed miserably...UGH it was disgusting and I can't think about it. I didn't know that kind of thing really happened in real life though. Scary!

This reminds me of something I read maybe a couple years ago about how it was all the rage among certain gay men to have silicon injection parties only they were using industrial grade silicone that you buy at the hardware store and of course someone died as a result.
