Hell, I'd only just started wearing lip gloss by the time I'd turned 14. I don't understand why these teenagers today always want to rush looking more adult and feminine and whatnot at such young ages.
I dunno about anyone else, but I tried to hang on ot my childhood as long as I possibly could... and still am, even though I'm no longer one, lol.

Why would you have surgery to look like a slightly less skanky version of your mom... ?

From what I can tell, Ali has definitely gotten in touch with some collagen. Nose looks the smae though, maybe it's the angle of the picture.
Still, she can't be 14. No way in hell she's 14. I've seen 45 year old women at work tired and sweating look more fresh than she does. Lay off the makeup and sun tan Ali!

No surgery.. more make-up, heavy around the eyes. She is doing some strange pouting thing with her lips..but they are the same size!

It looks like she got the bump taken out of her nose and lips plumped. She's still fug though. She looks like a Tina Fey mini-me. She'll never be pretty like La Lohan no matter how they cut up her face.

 I can't believe how old she looks at just 14 either! I never wore anywhere close to that much makeup when I was that age. And plastic surgery or not, she'll probably get a boob or nose job by 16.

to be completely honest she looks like most 14 year olds i know of. (my sis is 14). I think in some areas kids just grow up much quicker.
