Well, he's botoxed to the hilt. His jaw is different, his teeth (the gap) seems to have changed, his eyebrows have been reshaped, that caveman forehead looks different

they did his jaw too. pushed it back or something to make him look a bit less cro-magnon and to fix the under-bite.

He doesn't look like he's had major structural work done (like nose work or jaw work), but he has definitely had a facelift and botox.

i'm guessing better haircut, his teeth capped, makeup...his eyebrows done. otherwise i dunno...
i've read he's had his jawline redone and his chin reshaped (smaller) but i dont really see it

Heavy steriod use often makes a bodybuilders jaw expand and also the teeth to move position just like Arnie used to have. Between Terminator 1 & 2 he obviously had some major work done on his jaw and the fusing together of his teeth. Since then theres obviously been a bunch of other work also - full facelift, hair grafts, lipo, possible nose and cheeks work, maybe even body implants too?
