I don't think she's had a lot done. She lost weight, that can change your face features a lot. The nose is different, but the after picture is a complete different angle.

wow, she was striking even as a kid.
I think she's had a nose job - or done something else which has altered the shape of her nose (if you know what I mean...) Other than that, I think it's just weight loss and different hair cut.
The nose is recent - compare how she looked a few years ago, when first on Miami Ink, to her latest LA Ink promo shots and all the copious draped-over-Nikki-Sixx shots. There's some difference there.
Steve-O alleges she's a massive coke head (had a huge rant on his blog about her once) but that was at the peak of his downward spiral, a few months before he was 1050'ed into rehab, so I'm still taking it with a pinch of salt.

Her ex husband said she was a drug addict as well. Of course he is her ex, he's not going to sing her praises.

Yeah. Those who are saying "druggie" are people whose advice I'd take with a hefty pinch of salt, but a drug habit would certainly explain some of her almost-out-of-control behaviour last year. Of course, she was drinking a lot then and isn't now....
hopefully she's cleaned up a lot.

She's too harsh looking. I guess a prefer a softer, more feminine beauty. I think she got her boobs done,too. Either way, if I was a guy I wouldn't touch her skank ass with someone else's dick.

nose for sure. i don't even have to see a before pic, her nose is so obviously the result of surgery.
the chin is possible too but i'd have to see more comparison pics.

I thought her nose suddenly looked different from Miami Ink to LA Ink
too. I pretty much noticed immediately... although I thought her face
looked better in LA ink in general.
