Lindsay Lohan’s kid sister Ali really wants to be like her big sis. Although she’s only fourteen years old, Ali’s already gone under the knife, possibly on more than one occasion. Compare the above picture of her at the age of twelve and the picture of her taken two weeks ago. Sure, she’s still developing, but the way I remember it, hormones don’t make your lips bigger and your nose smaller. Nine MSN reports

Ali has made some big changes to her looks in an attempt to rival her older sister’s — her lips plumped with collagen, her freckles bleached away, and… contact lenses which change her brown eyes blue. There’s also been ongoing speculation that the teenager had a nose job last year.

If she wants to emulate Lindsay so badly, there are a lot less painful ways to do it. Replacing her toothbrush with a penis, for example. Switching from decaf to penis. Getting eight hours of penis a night. Instead of lip injections and a nose job, all Ali really needs is Fleet Week in New York and carton of Rough Riders.

Her nose doesn't look different to me but her lips do. She's only 14 though?! She looks so old!

All I see is different coloured eyes. The lips look different but not enough for me to think it's surgical.

It looks like she has had some surgery - look at those lips. She looks so much more better and more natural looking in the left hand photo's.

But in her defence, in the top left pic she looks like a brunette Dina - no teenager should have to suffer through that.

her lips do look plumped up ,nose looks the same ,thats just sad to change your looks through procedures like collegen at her age ,i wouldnt think doctors would do it even

This is the oldest looking 14 year old I've ever seen. She seriously looks 35.

And yeah, I think she's taken a scalpel to the nose and needle to the lips. Dina must be so proud.

I don't think any amount of surgery is going to help her.

Altering her eye colour to blue was not an improvement.

I hope all of this comes back to Dina. I mean it, she fucked up both Ali and Lindsay big time, and she's just proud of it.

this is so sad...i'm not sure about her having a nose job, but i def see the lip difference...she's only 14!! don't people have any morals anymore? ....and yea, agreeing with Chilly Willy, at age 14 i remember playing with makeup for the first time for my 8th grade semi-formal dance

Other than that, I think she wears colour contacts and maybe had her upper lip plumped but those are not really plastic "surgeries."
