Eh, I think excessive vanity, materialism, and selfishness are some of the reasons society is deteorating. To me, most plastic surgery is excessive vanity. I understand not everyone would agree, though.

We're all vain, and we will all do something to our appearance to make ourselves more attractive within whatever social structure, but mutiliating your face and body is outrageous to me. It's outrageous.

I was just about to say something similar... To correct a deviated septum you don't need to change the apprearance of the nose... wich is what she did here
If the change was smaller probably nobody would say anything (or maybe not that much, but it was like a complete nose job.
