I think the first pic is an obvious nose job, and the second pic is also of the same nose job.

I see a difference. The tip is more upturned and the ball itself is chiseled. Not an improvement IMO.

Honey, child, the miss universe and other "beauty" pageants are the epitome of what surgery and other aesthetics can do. In countries like Venezuela I believe it is an industry to itself, no dollars spared, where they manufacture the latest and greatest frankenstein creation to win it all at the miss universe.

I changed my mind: I think the second pic had additional tip work, possibly an implant like Michelle Pfieffer.
