Has anyone seen a photo of Meg recently? It really does not look like her? Her lips are SSSOOO Trout Pout it almost hurst to look at them.
Compared with a photo of her from 10 years ago - she almost looks unrecognisable.
MEG - STOP with the surgery.

That top lip has gone way down, but still looks bizarre imo.
Here she is from the worst movie (full frontal Meg and Mark Ruffalo)ever made,EVER!!!! 'In The Cut'.
EVER!!!!! It really is a must see. It took me 5 tries to finish it.

I watched In the Cut last summer...I was stunned to see Meg play that role- so used to her romantic-comedies.
