A big improvement compared to what she used to be, however she is starting to look a bit weird in the later shots, something to do with her cheekbones perhaps.

I dont like any of the pics, shes not really my kind of girl, but I would still choose to look like a normal human being, over an overprocessed skeleton with a little bit of skin stretched over my face.

And like her sister she had eyebrows, nose, lips, teeth and cheeks done, I'm positive.
On Kylie the result is better though, because Kylie already started out as prettier.

What freaks me out most about Dannii's face is that both the inner and outer ends of her eyebrows have been lifted, giving her that permanently surprised expression, which matched with her blowup doll features, gives one of the most embarrassingly ridiculous faces ever.
