Dannii has had a nose job (not a very good one to be honest, but it looks good on her), breast implants (which I think that she has taken off or switched with smaller ones) and she's using botox (which I find rediculous - she's only 34, why does she need it?!) - THAT'S ABOUT IT.
There's nothing going on with her lips (they were never really full, and aren't today - just good lipstick), cheeks (do you have any idea how much weight did she lose?), teeth (come on, just look at early photos of her - exactly the same) or eyebrows (she has had VERY thick eyebrows and today they are nicely shaped....has nothing to do with plastic surgery, just plunking) - the main changes on her face are due to the nose job, weight loss, eyebrows shape and aging.
I have seen her in real life....she doesn't look fake at all. Even her nose is pretty normal when she's not putting all that make up on it (makes it look weirdly thin) - She's a beautiful woman now and her nose looks good on her face - after the surgery you can see the other features on her face (like her beautiful NATURALLY blue eyes) and not just a lot of nose. I believe that even without having work done she would have turned out to be a pretty lady. People DO change naturally...it's not always due to plastic surgery.

You did make me think though. hmmm you cant really tell who is younger and who is older anymore after all the alterations, unless you know already.
