Nothing serious between these two pics. She's been looking like that since the beginning of the last AI season. The fillers look awful.

She's had a nose job when she was young and she looked beautiful until this year.

That "after" pic actually looked more like she used to.

She actually looks pretty good in that "after" shot. Maybe she was sober at the time. She had her nose done in the early 1980s and her first breast surgery around the time "Spellbound" came out, about 1991. I remember seeing her "Cold Hearted Snake" video and then "Promise of a New Day" back to back and knowing, even at 11 years old, that her boobs had gotten enhanced.
