David Arquette bans Courtney Cox from plastic surgery
Former Friends star COURTENEY COX is eager to undergo plastic surgery to slow down the signs of ageing - but her husband DAVID ARQUETTE has banned her from doing so.
The 42-year-old actress gave birth to the couple's daughter Coco in 2004, and Cox is desperate to regain her pre-pregnancy figure with a little help from the surgeon's knife.
She says, "I have a permanent baby belly after having Coco and I have issues with getting older. I obsess over the changes. David has a huge problem with surgery, but I don't."

That's what I was wondering. 
So she has a bit of a tummy now. Big deal. Obviously her husband doesn't care. It seems a silly thing to worry about.

I have seen bikini shots of her and she looks freakin' amazing! I would take her baby belly any day of the week.

This is along the lines of "I'd never get it done" and "Maybe when I'm 50..." when the person has obviously had it done
I think CC has had some good surgery though, she looks pretty good

Well if she wants the surgery then good for her. But I think it's sweet that David likes her just the way she is!

Yep exactly. Just like 'i'd never get it done because my husband wont allow it. Just like Kate Beckinsale says that her daughter picks out all the women who've had plastic surgery, because kate hasnt had any
