My conclusion is that she's had two nosejobs... one a long time ago, and a newer one. I don't think her lips have changed much. She's obviously done something to her breasts, but I don't know if it was implants... she appeared to already have breasts.

I agree, if she stops vogueing/pouting/mouth breathing for 5 mins she looks OK. Overall, she looks better After than Before but no amount of PS is going to increase her IQ.

If she did get a nose job, she oughtta get a refund! Cuz I don't see one damned bit of difference!! Why fix the bridge of your nose and leave the nostril area alone? Cuz I swear: that nostril area ain't changed at all!
I'm gonna be the one person out there that insists: Victoria Beckham did not get a nose job!
ETA: Since I now have a laptop at home as well as a digital camera and a camera phone, I'm going to (eventually) take a picture of my face at different angles to show you how my nose looks different depending on whether you're looking at me full-on or in profile. Perhaps then you guys'll see why I find it hard to believe ex-Posh got her nose did.

Oooh, you should do that, WickedHo! I always say that people's noses can look very different at times, but no one agrees with me.
I do think Victoria had one, though... her nose has a very defined tip now, and it never had one in the past. You can see it best here:
