Cher rhinoplasty - with evidence - Good, bad and awful Celebrity cosmetic plastic sugery before and after pictures - rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, blepharoplasty

I LOVE her and think she looks great.
Some of these procedures are probably in plural, lol: Nose job, boob lift, brow lift, eyelid lift, face lifts, neck lift, lip fillers, dental work, botox, chemical peels and probably some nips and tucks. What else?

She hasn't had AS MUCH as everyone speculates. Anyway i love how she admits to it all. Cher rocks.

As a lifelong fan, the only thing that bothers me is what she did to her lips. She had beautifully shaped lips and the new ones look out of proportion.

I met her once when she looked like she does in the first pic in the link. She had tons of acne (later had it all fixed with dermabrasion.. beautiful job). Dang I just remembered I should have posted this in the what celebs have you seen thread.

I totally agree, her original lips were great. I think she looked her best during the late 80's/early 90's rock era (Turn Back Time, Love And Understanding, Save Up All Your Tears etc.) - stunning.

Aw.. I used to watch re-runs of the Sonny&Cher show when I was a kid. I remember being about 6 or 7 thinking Cher was the most beautiful woman ever. I wish she had never had ANY plastic surgery (especially the teeth), but I have to admit, for a 60 year old woman, she looks fantastic.

Exactly. Plus the fact that I don't think she really looks that much different from her original self, just improved. She didn't become an entirely different person that you can't recognize in early photos, unlike the Jacksons, or Wildenstein and more of those types.

I guess I'm the only one who loves the enlarged lips. I think they took on a beautiful shape instead of killing off her Cupid's bow. I like that they're even, not lumpy, and I was wondering if anyone knew was filler was used.

I liked her much better before - she was so exotically beautiful. She has such an interesting mix in her heritage, it all came together in a special way. I could see if she wanted to tweak something that bothered her, maybe shave down the bump in her nose or fix her teeth, not that she needed it, but if a little work would have made her feel great, go for it. She went overboard, though, and lost what made her so special.

I think Cher has always been a very attractive "hot" looking woman. She has always led a very clean and healthy lifestyle and it shows! It is obvious that she has had alot of plastic surgery, but to me the outcome looks so wonderful. She still looks like Cher not like some over the hill Barbie Doll. She looks damn good for her 60's and the woman can put on an excellent concert. I went to see her 2 years ago for her "farewell" tour. I was so sad she retired. And as much as she would probabley hate to hear this...Cher is an icon!
